This is an evaluation form you can use to determine how good your environmental professional is serving you based on looking at our company. This form is not stacked to make us look good because there are some very good competitors in Southern California we periodically refer work to.

We believe - if your environmental professional doesn't meet 80% of the services offered by Environmental Management & Engineering, (EME), you may want to consider hiring a different environmental company.

Are they state licensed general contractors that can write your construction demolition scope of work and oversee the remediation project to completion?		Yes
Is their staff 40-hour HAZWOPR certified?		Yes

Onsite Assistance and Testing Questions
Are they capable of writing a customized detailed emergency response scope of work and provide it to you immediately or within an hour?		Yes
Can they take mold and bacteria, asbestos and lead paint samples and provide us with a fast laboratory analysis turnaround time?		Yes
Do they have the ability to provide you with onsite and laboratory chemical analysis involving chemical spills and fire damaged projects?		Yes
Worker Training and Certification Questions
Can they teach our project managers and technicians the new OSHA 10 and 30 hour general industry course, and provide them with official OSHA cards?		Yes
Can they provide workers with continuing education credit "one-day retraining courses" in water damage restoration, mold remediation, safety?		Yes

What's New at EME
EME provides contractors, adjusters and building owners with a Project Management Oversight and Clearance Protection Program. Meaning EME: Completes an independent site assessment, documents causation and resulting damage. Writes the initial and any follow up scopes of work. Oversees the remediation or restoration contractor's work in progress throughout job completion. Provides progress reports and consults with all parties through completion of work. Onsite and laboratory testing and analysis. Depending on customer needs, we follow up by issuing one of several types of environmental clearance certificates. Finally, we assume jobsite liability based on our professional errors and omissions insurance coverage.		Yes
