Please complete the following Yes/No quiz to find out the likelihood that you have a mold problem. 

1. Are you aware of any current water intrusion issues in your home?  For example, have you had any plumbing leaks?  Roof leaks?  Overflows?
2. Are you aware of any past water intrusion issues in your home?
3. Does any part of your home smell musty or damp?
4. Do you see any visible mold-like substances in your home or on your belongings?  (usually a black or green color)
5. Do you see any staining or discoloration on your walls, floors, or ceilings?
6. Do you or anyone in your family experience problems with allergies?
7. Do you live on a hillside or is any part of your home below ground level?
8. Do you have carpeting in your bathrooms?
9. Do you have wallpaper in your bathrooms?

Total up your score and compare to the grid below:

Less than 3 "Yes" -- Lower likelihood
3 to 6 "Yes" -- Moderate likelihood
Over 6 "Yes" -- Higher likelihood
